These surfaces are produced on a fully automated modern production facility with strictly controlled quality and 30 years of experience. They consist of two separate, tightly volcanically connected layers. The lower layer is made of recycled rubber granulate – top layer made of synthetic EPDM colored granulate, bonded with polyurethane resin.
Both layers are compressed under high pressure a temperature and each other volcanically connected. Thanks to this technology, these fully prefabricated "rubber" surfaces have significantly greater resistance towards mechanical stress, abrasion, weathering, UV radiation than the so-called "cast surfaces".
Surfaces OSST SPORT are made from various input materials, which are environmentally friendly, do not contain any harmful substances (such as heavy metals, PVC, etc.). The production technology and the products themselves have no harmful impact on the environment and meet all environmental standards – in accordance with regulations ISO 9001 a ISO 14001. They are 100% recyclable and they have a certificate GREENGUARD GOLD.

The surface is supplied in rolls with a width of 100-140 cm., lengths 6-20 m in the winding and 4 different thicknesses (6-8-10-12 mm). The surface is supplied in 8 shades (same as ProTraxx).

TeamPlay is a surface that has been developed specifically for indoor sports facilities. It is again the same concept as the previous one, i.e. a two-layer surface – however surface layer is significantly more smoother and has very fine tread. This ensures optimal friction and adhesion between the surface and the athlete's indoor shoes, which is very important because gentle on joints and ligaments.
The second reason is to ensure maximum ease of cleaning – if the surface pattern were prominent and deep, it would be very difficult and expensive to clean the surface.
