We have selected sports products for our assortment Playrite surfaces manufactured unique needle technology ("needlepunch"), because other types (such as tufted artificial turf) significantly exceed their quality, durability, gaming comfort and gentleness for athletes and minimal maintenance costs.
Our company strives to offer our customers always the best. That's why we have removed conventional artificial turfs filled with silica sand from our offer and replaced them with better quality needles artificial sports carpets Playrite.
The total surface thickness is 12 mm and is covered with quartz sand in small quantities approx. 5-7 kg/m². Except for regular cleaning from stubborn dirt does not require any operational maintenance – i.e. no operating costs (unlike artificial turf).
Full-area water permeability of the surface ensures rapid water drainage. The surface is universal, i.e. usable on both outdoor and indoor playgrounds and is year-round operation. Thanks to the very high density of loops, it has high mechanical resistance and therefore durability - even after 20 years is still in in good condition with unchanged game properties.
The surface is ideal for effective renovation existing fields, optimal for new sports facilities.
If the surface is covered with natural clay, the playing properties are adequate playing on a natural clay court. According to the ITF classification, this surface is classified as ITF-1 slow surface (CPR=14). The surface has excellent gaming features, the same ball bounce across the entire surface as from a clay court and for tennis players provides maximum gaming comfort, which they are familiar with on a clay court, including the slide. Due to the clay filling, the surface requires occasional classic sprinkling (to prevent dust) and occasional sweeping - however Maintenance costs are significantly lower than for a classic clay court.
If the surface is covered fine rubber granules, there is a partial change in the playing properties and the surface does not allow for such perfect sliding as when it is covered with clay. In contrast does not require sprinkling or sweeping. A tennis court with a Matchclay surface is operational for a significantly longer period of time, and thanks to the rapid drainage of water, it is "playable" very shortly after rain, does not require demanding "spring maintenance", straightening and rolling, etc.
Artificial multipurpose needle punched polypropylene carpet with sand filling has very good gaming features. The surface meets the requirements EN 15330 and compared to previous types it has greater cushioning and absorption capabilities – is softer. It has stable playing properties, high wear resistance, and therefore a long service life.
It is used approximately 15 kg / m² backfilling with quartz sand and the surface is again characterized high drainage capacity. For even greater impact absorption, it can be combined with the Playrite Matchpad cushioning pad. It is suitable for both renovation of old playgrounds, so also for construction of new ones.
Cannot be used to the sports field where there is a requirement for tennis. It can of course also be used for recreational activities, playgrounds, etc.
Playrite Foundation is a synthetic smooth needle-punched, loop-free carpet with excellent mechanical resistance, which It is intended for indoor use only. A mixture of polypropylene and polyamide fibers is used for production (50% + 50%), which are bound with a rubber binder.
The surface is smooth and free of debris, does not require any maintenance and provides sufficient playing comfort for all types of indoor sports (ball games, racket sports, etc.). As a rule, it is glued to a solid substrate (concrete) over its entire surface.
